How do you handle extras costs that may come up during a project?
Unless you request a change during your project, we cover all extra costs that were not accounted for during your estimate.
Do you paint all types of exterior surfaces?
Yes, we have years of experience working on stucco, wood, brick, vinyl siding, aluminum siding, hardy siding, lap siding, metal, and more. If you don't see your type of exterior listed here feel free to call in and ask.
How do you prep exterior surfaces and work area prior to painting?
First we power washing surfaces and then we check for any cracks, chips, nail holes, and rot. If needed we'll sand surfaces, putty any nail holes, apply caulk, and/or prepare new material where needed.
Is there a project manager or foreman present on the job?
Yes, a project manager will be on site overseeing the project from the time we start our prep work all the way to post-project walkthroughs.
Are your on-site estimates free?
Yes, estimates are completely free with no obligations.
Are deposits required?
Yes, we ask for a 10% upfront deposit.
When will I be charged for the service?
Charges are processed once your project is completed.
